lacquered Glass
Lacquered glass is a type of glass that has a colored and opaque appearance due to a lacquer coating on one side of the base glass, usually clear glass. The lacquer coating is baked onto the glass, making it highly durable, humidity-resistant, and scratch-proof. Lacquered glass is often used in interior decor for a wide range of applications, such as cladding cabinet/wardrobe/internal/sliding doors, furniture, showcases, signages, and writing boards, among others. It is also safe to use and does not harm the environment as it contains low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). Lacquered glass is different from back-painted glass, which has one of its sides painted to offer a colored look and is less durable than lacquered glass. Lacquered glass is available in different thicknesses, such as 4 mm, 6 mm, and 8 mm, and can be installed quickly and easily by mechanical fixing or adhesive fixing. It is also suitable for use in Indian kitchen.
